Amenities: The Bradenton Beach Club is the only Resort on Anna Maria Island that offers Gulf Front as well as Bay Front accommodations.

The Resort has 2 pools and 1 jacuzzi for our tenants. The large pool as well as the jacuzzi is located on the Bay Side of the Resort, the second pool is at the Gulf Front property.

There is a Gazebo located in the bay for relaxation, fishing or kayak launching. At the beach our tenants find several launches and chairs.

Payment Information
Deposits: 20 % Deposit

Payment Policies: Final payment must be made by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Checks must be payable in US funds; otherwise any bank fees to convert to US funds will be the guest’s responsibility. No post-dated checks will be accepted. Returned checks will be charged according to Florida law (7 days from receipt to tender payment of the full amount of such check plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300, $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or an amount of up to 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater). Wire transfers are subject to administrative fees not to exceed $50. Final payments are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any final payment that is not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.


Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $50.00 plus applicable sales tax. 4RentAtTheBeach.com will retain all prepaid funds should guest cancel unless the rental property is re-booked for the same dates and rate. By signing the contract you agree to pay 4RentAtTheBeach.com for cancellations prior to 90 days of arrival 20%, up to 60 days prior arrival 30% and thereafter 100% of total rental fee unless the rental property is re-booked for the same dates and rate. A partial refund may be applicable for the same dates booked at an adjusted rate. All cancellations must be made in writing to be binding.


Arrival/Departure: Check-In: The check-in process begins at 4 p.m. and is not guaranteed. Guests should not expect to take occupancy sooner than times stated. In some cases check-in may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Rate adjustments cannot be made for late check-in or early departure.

Checkout: Checkout will be promptly at 10 a.m. Any guest that fails to check out by 10 a.m. will be assessed a half day’s rent between 10:01 a.m. and 12 p.m.; a full day’s rent will be assessed if guest vacates after 12 p.m.


Tax: 6.5% Sales Tax, 5% Tourist Tax
