Welcome to Anna Maria Island a barrier island comprising of, the city of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. Located on the gulf coast of Florida just to the south of Tampa Bay. The island was described by the English daily mail newspaper as "tranquil Florida, as it used to be. Just beaches pelicans and palm trees". Anna Maria Pirates Den is a small family run resort located on gulf drive in Holmes Beach. We have four individually decorated 2 bedroom apartments and 2 one bedroom cottages. Enjoy the island way of life, sun, beach, and most of all relaxation. Swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and walk any of the seven miles of sandy beaches and of course if you walk too far you can always catch the free trolley back to your fully equipped apartment. If you need to escape the slow pace of life on the island you can always visit Tampa, ST. Petersburg or Sarasota where there are numerous theatres, museums and other attractions.

Deposits: 60 day written notice required for refund of deposit. There will be an administration fee of $50.00 charged on all deposit refunds, if less than 60days notice any loss of revenue as a result of the cancellation is chargeable against the deposit as well as the $50.00 admin fee.
No refund will be made for Late Arrival or Early Departure or for Bad Weather.
No Pets are allowed, unless by prior arrangement.
Quiet time is strictly observed from 10.30pm to 8.30am. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the rooms. Ashtrays are provided at the tables balconies and screened porches. Any violation will incur an extra cleaning fee of $100.00
Pool hours are strictly as posted by the pool.
Infants and untrained toddlers are not allowed in the pool without special pool diapers for hygiene & sanitation reasons.
Any Damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the Guest.
Hurricane Refund Policy, if Anna Maria Island comes under a mandatory evacuation and your vacation is cancelled or interrupted we will refund your deposit or the balance of your rental charge.
Payment Policies: Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of four in a two-bedroom apartment and two in the one-bedroom duplex. Additional persons at the Management’s discretion may be allowed in the units & will incur an extra charge. Persons include infants/children/teens/adults. Please ask when you make your reservation, we do not change the reservation details on arrival, so please ask in advance. Violation may result in immediate eviction.
UP TO 2 EXTRA GUESTS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT OF THE OWNERS IN BOTH THE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND THE 1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS, A CHARGE OF $15 PER PERSON PER DAY OR NIGHT, OR $80 PER WEEK WILL APPLY.
Monthly rates are based on a 4 week stay.
Weekend 2 night stays may be charged a supplement per night dependant on season and availability.
Holidays and premium weeks are subject to a minimum stay, please call for rates during holidays.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All rates are subject to 6.5% Florida sales tax, plus 5% Manatee County resort tax
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 25% by personal check with the balance due on arrival by money order, pre-approved personal check, travelers checks or cash.
Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 2:30 p.m. and check out time is 10:30 a.m. (Late check-outs may be available subject to charge.) Please ask.
