Deposits: 25% deposit on rental rate required at time of reservation. Cancellation or changes may be made with 60 days prior written notice and receive refunds less $75 admin fee per unit per week. After the 60 day period, monies will be refunded only if the cottage is re-rented for the same dates as your original contract. We are a small family owned resort and are unable to refund deposit and final payments monies after the cancellation period for any reason. We suggest that you obtain trip cancellation insurance.
