Our single family beach front home stands near the tip of the island where one of the finest beaches in Florida meets the clear blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. We are within easy driving distance of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and only about 1 1/2 hours from Disney

All are named and followed by scientists at the Mote Marine Laboratory. Come learn about our sea life! Year round water sports are available. Fishing is excellent from the beach or, fishing charters can be arranged at several area Marinas. Anna Maria is also a bird sanctuary. Herons, wild parrots and pellicans call this island "home".

Payment Policies: 20% due at the time of booking and held as a security deposit until after checkout. Payment in full due 30 days in advance. We accept cash, personal checks and paypal. Sorry, no credit cards

Cancellations: Cancellations less than 30 days in advance result in forfeiture of all monies unless the unit is re-rented for the entire time.

Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am

Tax: 11.5% Florida Resort Tax. Cleaning included
