This deluxe unit features approximately 1700 square feet with a 52’ long, open beachfront lanai. The views cannot be beat! The beach is great and the pool and hot tub inviting too! The views cannot be beat! Extensive interior upgrading (summer 2012) includes new flooring, new living room and dining room furniture, 65" television and new bedcoverings. The oversized living and dining area and both bedrooms open to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin/single beds and a dressing area and bath. For overnight guests, there are two ottomans that convert into single beds in the living area. All rooms are furnished in a contemporary and Floridian style. Additional features include Fios Internet, Premium TV channels with High Definition, Fax and DVR. You will enjoy glorious views and wonderful accommodations in this deluxe beachfront property. Deposits: 50% advance deposit within 10 days of booking.
Payment Policies: Damage Protection: $45. $160 departure cleaning and $75 processing fee.
We accept Personal Checks, Cashiers, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
Cancellations: Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 90 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If Guest cancels within 90 days of scheduled arrival, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked for the full term, Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Partial cancellations will not be accepted and adjustments or refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
