This elevated three bedroom, three en suite bathroom accommodations are perfect for up to 6 adults and 2 small children or three couples.There is also a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. From the Bermuda shuttered windows to the beach version of “Victorian gingerbread” this new building in the Haley’s complex exudes a casual beach welcome to all. Inside the Garden House, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to prepare gourmet meals-and cleanup is a snap with the full size dishwasher. The open floor plan also features not only the spacious kitchen but also a large family room/dining area. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and you can enjoy the 40 inch flat screen TV while cooking, dining, or just taking it easy. You will be surprised at all the designer touches from the welcoming pineapple chandelier over the table to the soft soothing beach colors of this house.The large master bedroom features a four post king size bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV. A beautifully tiled bathroom features a large vanity with lots of storage, a Jacuzzi tub with a relaxing shower. The two guest bedrooms feature a Queen size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a large closet, an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and beautiful tile floor. Enjoy relaxing garden views from your vantage point on the wrap-around veranda. The veranda is great for relaxing and taking in some sun and the perfect place to watch the sunset. You also have an exterior access to the veranda from each of the bedrooms.You will enjoy discovering all the intimate spaces to relax, both around the Garden House and throughout Haley's property. Don't be surprised if you have a hard time leaving!!!

Payment Information

Deposits: 50% with reservation

Payment Policies: We do charge a 3% booking fee for any deposit or balance using a credit card. We will hold the room with a credit card and the total amount due can be paid by check or cash to avoid the fee. (Deposits are not transferable.) We accept cash, check or debit card and all major credit cards.

Cancellations: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. We will refund your deposit minus a 15% processing fee if we receive a written cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. There is no refund for cancellation within 15 days of arrival, for late check in or early departure.
