A PERFECT ISLAND GETAWAY Located on the southern tip of Longboat Key with a beautiful beach and pool area. This club suite has a very pretty view overlooking the lagoon and has been renovated. Renovations included new flooring and a pretty new kitchen. Attractive color scheme throughout. The beautiful beach is close by, just a two or three minute walk away. The pool and hot tub are also close by too, so swimming and sunning enjoyment is yours to be had! Pleasantly furnished with king size bed in the spacious living/sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. The open and private lanai is a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee, an evening meal or to simply relax with a good book. Outdoor dining furniture as well as a chaise lounge makes outdoor enjoyment easy. The water view is great too! There is also a wash machine and dryer for your convenience. We know you will enjoy this club suite where you will discover the special ambiance of Longboat Key and its beautiful beaches!
Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area. Resort amenities (golf course, dining, tennis, room & maid service and fitness) are private and not included. |

Deposits: 35-50% advance deposit
Payment Policies: $75 Processing fee, $45 Damage protection fee, $85 Departure cleaning fee. A signed Reservation Agreement along with your payment will be due within 10 days of booking. Balance in full due thirty days prior to your arrival.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Personal Checks, Cashiers or Travelers Checks, Visa, Master Card American Express (US card holders only)
Cancellations: Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 60 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If guest cancels within 60 days of scheduled arrival, guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked for full term, guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Partial cancellations will not be accepted and adjustments or refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
Arrival/Departure: Check-In: 4:00 pm at our office. Check-Out: Return keys to our office no later than 10:00 AM.
