A fenced in backyard will allow Fido to enjoy the sunshine with you – Southern Comfort welcomes your family pet (with a fee). Cook out on the propane grill and enjoy the day’s catch, burgers or kabobs under the shade and around a chic outdoor dining table

Payment Policies: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover for payment.

Cancellations: There is a $140 cancellation fee if you cancel outside of 90 days prior to your arrival. Once a guest is inside 90 days from their arrival their down payments become non-refundable.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is after 4:30 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10 AM on day of departure.

Tax: 11.5% tax
