Payment Policies: Processing Fee: $75 non-refundable Departure Cleaning Fee: $220. Vacation Rental Damage Protection $45, or Refundable Damage deposit $2000. Pool heating is extra.
Cancellations: Advanced deposits will be forfeited unless written notice is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 90 days prior to your arrival date. If guest cancels within 90 days of arrival, guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked, guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered.
