Booking Information

Deposits: CANCELLATIONS: We have a 15-day cancellation policy. We will refund your deposit minus a 15% processing fee if we receive a written cancellation at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. There is no refund for cancellation within 15 days, for late check in or early departure.

Payment Policies: Deposits: 1 or 2 nights -full amount plus tax. 3 or more nights - 50% off total amount. Total balance due before or at check-in time. Sales Tax 11.5%. There is a 3% processing fee that is waived if payment is paid for with a debit card, cash or personal check.

Arrival/Departure: Normal Check in time is between 2pm - 5pm. We also have a late check-in available, call for details. Check out time is 10:30am.
