THIS HOUSE REALLY IS A BEACHFRONT DREAM!

This four-bedroom home features two living areas; one casual, one formal and each has great furniture and a large screen television. In addition, there is a game area, an eat-in kitchen with all the amenities including a wine refrigerator and a formal dining area that seats eight. The master suite is really "over the top". It is very spacious with a private, expansive lanai and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The master bedroom also has a morning kitchen with a small refrigerator and coffee maker, a wall mounted flat screen, a sitting area, a large custom closet and a spacious bath with separate shower and tub. Two of the guest bedrooms open to their own shared lanai. All of the rooms are attractive, comfortable and well furnished and nearly every room has a great view. The grounds and landscaping are beautifully done. There is large, open pool with lots of chaise lounges on the deck and a hot tub. Walk down to the beautiful beach and also to St. Armands - the location is ideal!

Payment Information

Deposits: 35% to 50% depending on length of stay

Payment Policies: Damage Protection: $45, $345 departure cleaning fee and $75 processing fee. Electric pool heating is extra.

We accept Personal Checks, Cashiers or Travelers Checks, Visa, Master Card or American Express (US card holders only). Basic utilities and telephone service are included in your rental fee, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations: Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 90 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If Guest cancels within 90 days of scheduled arrival, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked for the full term, Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Partial cancellations will not be accepted and adjustments or refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
