WONDERFUL HOME ON CANAL IN COUNTRY CLUB SHORES What a gorgeous view from Seas The Day! Just one house in from the bay, the view can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, the screened lanai and the pool deck. There are great outdoor living areas including a screened lanai that is partially shaded and partially open, plus an open pool deck for those who really want to soak up the sun. There is a formal dining area as well as a cheery breakfast nook that overlooks the pool and the water. The master bedroom is quite spacious and has sliding doors opening to the lanai and the beautiful view. Lots of nice updates summer 2013 include new carpeting, fresh paint, new living room furniture, new master bedroom furniture and more! Seas The Day offers Florida living at its finest ~ we are sure everyone who stays here will want to come back for more! |

Payment Policies: Damage Waiver: $45. $230 departure cleaning fee. $75 processing fee.
We accept Personal Checks, Cashiers or Travelers Checks, Visa, Master Card or American Express (US card holders only). *Swimming Pool: The expense to heat a swimming pool in a private home is not included in the rental fee. Should you elect to heat the pool, this expense will be deducted from your pool heat deposit.
Basic utilities and telephone service are included in your rental fee, unless otherwise noted.
Guest Occupancy: The number of guests is limited to the number stated on the Reservation Agreement and is strictly enforced.
Cancellations: Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 90 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If Guest cancels within 90 days of scheduled arrival, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked for the full term, Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Partial cancellations will not be accepted and adjustments or refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
